License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Nova ("Licensor") for the software product NOVA ("Software").

By downloading, installing, or using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT

The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software on a single device, solely for your internal business or personal use.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

Copy, distribute, or sublicense the Software.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code.
Use the Software on more devices than permitted or allow others to use it.

3. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software.

4. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

5. NO WARRANTY

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
